Picture of the Week

Born in Morocco, as a five year old David Azuly's parents moved the family to Israel in 1963. Two years later, no longer able to remain at home, David moved into the Zion Orphanage, remaining for seven years. David later pursued a degree in teaching, a field in which he worked professionally for 20 years. In 1997 he was elected to the Israeli 120 member Knesset where he has served ever since, primarily in ministries and commitees which focus on social welfare issues. Click on the image to enlarge.
